You need to either own a property at Gemini Park or be renting a property at Gemini Park for one year or more to qualify. Renters must gain the permission of the landlord to be a voting member of the Residents Association, by giving this permission the landlord cedes the right to vote to their lessee. Renters can join themselves as non voting members if they choose.
